TNT Kid’s Fitness may collect certain student information in connection with the administering of the ABLE in School and Scoreboard programs. TNT Kid’s Fitness does not knowingly share, sell, or otherwise disseminate any collected student information, including “personally identifiable information” as defined in The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and the regulations enacted thereunder (“FERPA”). , FERPA defines “personally identifiable information” as including, but not limited to a student’s name, name of the student’s parent(s), address(es), social security number, biometric data, student number, date of birth, place of birth, or any other information that is linkable to a student by any third parties other than the student’s school district.
Definitions

Purchasing products or services from us, you may need to provide ‘business” or ‘personal” information, depending on the type of transaction and authorization. Two forms of payment are accepted – Check and ACH payments.

In addition to providing the foregoing information within the facility that is associated with the ABLE In School Customer main account, if you choose to correspond further with us through email and/or support we may retain the content of your email messages and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
Our privacy policy may be subject to change or alteration without notice from time to time, in which case this policy remains in force until it is replaced or superseded by a newer version. In most instances, changes will be minor and posted on the website with the date of policy change. More significant changes may be posted as a notice elsewhere or sent to you via email.
